What condition are your watches in?

The condition of our watches are graded on opinion. While we try to be as honest and careful as possible, customers should treat gradings as a foundation, not as a fact. While no watch scores a 10 in our books, our 9s can get close. At the end of the day, all of our watches are used, and customers can expect lower grades to have varying amounts of minor scratches or nicks. Lastly, be warned that while many of our watches claim to be water resistant, the reality of vintage watches is that they are not.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned timepieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We're happy to provide additional photos or details on any watch.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Our watches are sold as-is with no warranty. Vintage and pre-owned watches are mechanical instruments that may require servicing over time.

Is shipping insured?

Yes — all shipments include insurance coverage built into the shipping cost. Your watch is fully protected from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it arrives at yours.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing in your country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
