Refund policy

All watches are shipped fully insured, in working order, and in their listed condition. We are not responsible for damage once the watch has been delivered.

For shipping-related damage, please contact us at madrivertime@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
